When will I receive my coffee?
Our coffee is roasted fresh in Brazil and shipped monthly to Canada. Pre-orders usually ship within 2 to 3 weeks.

Is the coffee ground or whole bean?
We sell only whole bean coffee to preserve freshness. Grinding options may become available soon.

Do you ship all over Canada?
Yes! We ship anywhere in Canada using eco-friendly, trackable packaging.

How does pre-ordering work?
You reserve your coffee in advance. We roast in micro-batches and ship fresh once the batch is ready.

How should I store my coffee?
Keep it in its original bag, resealed, in a cool, dry place. No fridge or freezer needed.
